Fantastic time at Glan Dwr, our Church men's retreat was a brilliant, all were impressed with the house. Clean, tidy and the most amazing location.
Thank you for a great stay

What a great place to stay - I made a group booking for 12 people at the end of a long 3 peaks challenge, and we were not disappointed.
The lodge was warm, dry and clean - always a plus when you've been blown every which way on the mountains.
The facilities were second to none with comfy large bunkbeds and a great lounge area to talk about your adventures.
Would have loved some better weather to sit out on the decking, will definately recommend and everyone has been talking about further adventures utilising the lodge as the base of operations!!

The bunk house was great. It was perfect for our group of canoeists and the rivers were full so we had a great time!

Having used Glan Dwr on four occasions now, I am happy to recommend its facilities and general use for groups.
I am a qualified Counsellor and Life & Business Coach and hold specialised qualifications, accredited by the Insititute for the Development of Human Potential (IDHP), in the field of Wilderness and Nature based Counselling and Coaching. The clients who have joined my groups have included, Solicitors, I.T. specialists, therapy clients and therapists and the group size has been as large as 14, leaving suitable separate accommodation for the facilitators. The facilities at Glan Dwr are ideal for the fostering of a community environment, sharing tasks such as food preparation etc. where there is plenty of space in the kitchen/diner. The new lounge seating is ideal for holding group discussions collectively or on a 'break out' basis and the sturdy benches enable work to be facilitated immediately outside the house, when the circumstances dictate and weather permits! What I like about the immediate environment is that I am able to facilitate a quality interaction with nature, for my clients, without having to travel great distances from Glan Dwr.
